Meet The Rich's Team

Shane Started in the company working for his dad in 1984. He became a Partner in 1994 and full owner in 2004 when Rich retired.

Chase began working with the company in 2010 during the summers and after graduating in 2013 has been full time. In 2014 he began the process of becoming the 3rd generation to own and operate the company.

Becky began her career at Rich's in 1996 where she brought several years of managerial, accounting, office, and computer experience. She took a few years off to be a stay-at-home mom and when the opportunity arose in 2002, she came back and stepped right in to taking care of the daily functions of keeping the office and crews on track.

Justin began working for the company in 2016. Justin came from the general construction background where he built homes, worked on roofs, installed plumbing, electrical, concrete, decks and all phases of construction. Since coming to work he has furthered his education by attending classes and getting certifications to become a lead installer.

Matt began working for the company in 2011 and left in 2016 for a short period of time, He came back in 2020. Matt came to the company with a general construction background where he was part of building a variety of projects from minor additions to complete buildings from the ground up. Matt has continued his education by attending classes for Trane, Mitsubishi, and other brands of equipment.

Tom began working with the company in 2018. Tom has been in the industry since 1991 doing service and replacement on industrial, commercial, and residential HVAC equipment. Tom continues to attend classes to further his education on Trane, Mitsubishi, and other brands.

Logan began working with the company in 2021. Logan brought with him years of experience in electrical as well as general construction. Logan has continued his education by attending classes for Trane, Mitsubishi, and other brands.

Brian began working with the company in 2013, bringing with him several years of commercial, industrial, & residential electrical experience. Since that time, Brian has continued his education becoming a Service Technician. He has attended many classes boosting his knowledge on Trane, Mitsubishi, & many other brands of equipment. Brian can truly do it all from service to installation of HVAC, generators, & all types of electrical.
